Themes let you create and manage your brand styling in one place, ensuring a consistent look and feel across your client experiences.
Note: Themes are a permission-based feature. If you don't have access to the Themes module, please ask your account administrator to enable it for your user account.
Opening the Design System
- Navigate to Themes from the left-hand navigation.
- Either:
- Click Open Design System, or
- Click the ••• menu next to the Brand Kit theme and select Edit.
Setting Up Your Brand
Logo
Upload your company logo if you haven't already.
If you use a circular logo rather than a rectangular one, enable My logo is round so Safari Portal can display it appropriately throughout the platform.
You can also upload a favicon, which is the small icon displayed in your clients' browser tabs.
Fonts
Choose your Primary and Secondary fonts from the available dropdown menus.
If you have a custom itinerary template, the fonts included in that template will automatically appear at the bottom of the font list.

Colors & Buttons
Configure your brand colors, including:
- Brand Color – Used as the primary accent color throughout your client experiences.
- Button Color
- Button Text Color
- Button Style
Once you're happy with your selections, click Save.
Applying Themes
Your default Brand Kit theme is automatically applied to new and existing:
- Travel Dashboards
- Forms
- Invoices
If a different theme has already been assigned to one of these items, that theme will remain in place.
You can also create, edit, and save themes directly from within any individual Travel Dashboard, Form, or Invoice.
Creating Multiple Themes
There is no limit to the number of themes you can create.
It is possible to create different themes for different brands, divisions, client types, or even specific destinations and events.
Experiment with different combinations to create client experiences that perfectly reflect your brand.
