If you're using a Travel Dashboard with multiple guests, you can control whether travelers can view or edit each other's form submissions directly from the Forms Card settings.
Forms Card Settings
When configuring a Forms Card, you'll see options to:
- View Form Submissions
- Edit Form Submissions
To ensure guests can only access their own information, leave both of these options turned off.
With these settings disabled:
- Guests can complete and submit forms.
- Guests cannot view or edit information once it's been submitted.
- Note: they will still see each other's names, but nothing contained within the forms.
When Should I Disable These Options?
We recommend disabling these settings whenever guests should not be able to view or edit each other's form submissions. This is especially important when collecting personal information such as passport details, contact information, emergency contacts, travel preferences, or other sensitive traveler data.
As a general rule, if the guests are not part of the same household, these options should be turned off. Even when traveling with family members, you may still prefer to keep submissions private.
Sharing Dashboards Containing Personal Information
If your Travel Dashboard contains personal information, we strongly recommend using Share via Email with a passcode rather than a public link to provide an additional layer of security.
