Bednight Reporting is a permissions-based feature. To generate a Bednight Report from your Dashboard, you must be the Account Admin or have been granted access by the Account Admin.

Access Bednight Reporting

1. Go to your Dashboard.

2. Click More Options

3. Select Bednight Report

If the option for Bednight Reports is disabled on your Dashboard, your company's Account Administrator has not given you access to this feature.

To gain access, contact your Account Administrator; they can enable your access in their Account Settings under the Users tab. If you need to find out who your Account Admin is, you can contact [email protected]. We're here to help!

Customizing Your Report

Select Time Period

• Choose a Start Date and End Date

Customize Your Filters

• Each filter generates a separate CSV file. You can choose a filter by clicking into each field.

What Each Filter Means

• Consultants: Generate Bednight data for a specific team member or across all team members.
• Partner Agents: Generate reports for specific Partner Agents or for all Partner Agents where you've used the White Labeling feature.
• Properties: Bednights for all or specific properties used in confirmed Itineraries.
• Portfolios: Bednights for all or specific portfolios used in confirmed Itineraries.
• Countries: Bednights for all or specific countries used in confirmed Itineraries.
• Areas: Bednights for all or specific areas used in confirmed Itineraries.

What Will Be Generated

For every report you generate, the system will create two types of reports: a Simple Report and a Detailed Report.

• Simple Report:
• • This report contains just two columns based on your filter criteria:
  • • • Consultant Name
      • Partner Agent Name
      • Property Name
      • Portfolio Name
      • Country
      • Area Name
      • And, the total number of Bednights booked within the selected timeframe
        
• Detailed Report:
• • This report includes a multi-column breakdown based on your filter criteria:
  • • • Dates of the bookings
      • Area
      • File name
      • Consultant
      • Partner agent (if applicable)
      • And, the total number of Bednights booked
        

These reports provide comprehensive insights into the properties, portfolios, countries, and regions you book most frequently, as well as identifying which Partner Agents generate the most business (if you work B2B). This enables you to analyze performance and optimize your operations with greater precision.
