How do I filter my Contacts?
Apply filters to efficiently search, segment, and manage contacts.

Use filters to segment and manage your contacts—ideal for organizing lists for outreach, marketing, or targeted communication. You can filter contacts by:

  • Tags
  • Address
  • Decision Maker
  • Contact Owner
  • Original Lead Source
  • Secondary Lead Source
  • Referred By
  • Travel History
  • Date of Birth

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Contacts module.
  2. Select the filter icon in the upper-right.
  3. In the pop-up, choose the filter criteria.
    1. You could filter by tags to find contacts who prefer guided adventures.
    2. Or you could filter contacts by country for outreach campaigns.
    3. You can also filter by travel history—for example, clients who visited Kenya but not Botswana.
  4. Click Apply Filters.



How to Save or Remove Segments

  1. To save your filter segment, click the Save Segment icon in the top-left corner, just below the headers.
  2. Enter a segment name.
  3. Click Save.
    1. To delete a segment, go to Active Filters in the same location.
      1. Click the ✖️ next to the filter you'd like to remove.
      2. Or choose the Clear All option.



How to Use Filter Segments

  1. Click on the filter icon.
  2. Toggle on Start from Segment.
  3. Select the segment from the dropdown.
    1. You can delete a segment by clicking on the trash can icon to the right of the segment name.
  4. Click Apply Filters.
