Sharing a Task Set helps your team members stay in sync and follow the same workflow.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to your Task Manager.
- Click More in the upper-right.
- Then select Manage Task Set from the dropdown.
- Find the Task Set you’d like to share.
- Click More on that Task Set.
- Select Share Set.
- Choose a team member from the dropdown.
- Click Share.

What the Recipient Will See
- When a Task Set is shared, the agent will receive an email with the subject line: “[Agent's Name] has shared a Task Set with you.” The email includes a link that takes them directly to the Task Set in Safari Portal.
- All tasks will remain assigned to the original agent. Review the task list and reassign any relevant tasks as needed.
