Sharing a Task Set helps your team members stay in sync and follow the same workflow.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to your Task Manager.
2. Click More in the upper-right.
3. Then select Manage Task Set from the dropdown.
4. Find the Task Set you’d like to share.
5. Click More on that Task Set.
6. Select Share Set.
7. Choose a team member from the dropdown.
8. Click Share.
   
   

What Happens When You Share a Task Set

• The recipient is notified by email. They'll receive a message with the subject line "[Agent's Name] has shared a Task Set with you," which links directly to the Task Set in Safari Portal.
• Task assignments reset to the recipient. Once shared, every task in the set is automatically assigned to the person it was shared with — regardless of who the tasks were assigned to before.
• The recipient has full editing access. They can add new tasks, edit existing ones, rename the set, and reassign individual tasks to their own team members, the same as they could with any Task Set they created themselves.

Tips & Tricks 💥

• Since all tasks default to the recipient after sharing, remember to go back in and reassign any tasks that should belong to someone else on the team.
• Because the recipient can edit the set freely, it's worth a quick check-in with them after sharing. Especially if you want the set to stay consistent across the team.
