Can I share a Task Set with someone else on my team?
Learn how to share Task Sets to keep your team aligned.

Sharing a Task Set helps your team members stay in sync and follow the same workflow.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to your Task Manager.
  2. Click More in the upper-right.
  3. Then select Manage Task Set from the dropdown.
  4. Find the Task Set you’d like to share.
  5. Click More on that Task Set.
  6. Select Share Set.
  7. Choose a team member from the dropdown.
  8. Click Share.

 

What the Recipient Will See

  • When a Task Set is shared, the agent will receive an email with the subject line: “[Agent's Name] has shared a Task Set with you.” The email includes a link that takes them directly to the Task Set in Safari Portal.
  • All tasks will remain assigned to the original agent. Review the task list and reassign any relevant tasks as needed.
