How to Configure a Custom Domain on Your Preferred Web Host:

The following section describes how to set up the redirection from your company's website to Safari Portal. Here's how:

  • First, head to your preferred domain web host and navigate to your DNS records
  • Add an A record:
    • set the host to itineraries
      • example: if you enter itineraries then your custom domain will be itineraries.your-company-name.com
    • point to 107.20.183.27
    • and set the TTL to 1 Hour

⚠️ Important: When using an A record do not enable proxying.

How to Set Up a Custom Domain in Safari Portal

First, make sure you are the account admin for your company Safari Portal account. If you do not know who your account admin is, you can email [email protected] for help.

  • Navigate to your Account Settings by clicking the triangle next to your initial in the top right
  • Click the Company Settings tab
  • Scroll down to the Customized Link Sharing section and follow the steps to add the DNS record then click Continue
  • In the Add Subdomain section, provide the name of your custom subdomain, for example itineraries.your-company-name.com, and click Save
    • Do not add include https when entering your subdomain

📌 Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect. Once the domain settings are fully configured, the "Successfully Linked" icon will appear in the domain field.
