On a client invoice, if it shows pending it means the client paid by bank wire or ACH which can take up to four business days to settle.

⚠️ If it is still showing as pending after four business days email us or check your Stripe dashboard because sometimes if the sending back takes fees out the amount being received won’t match the amount of the invoice and it results in an endless loop. We can force settle this for you very quickly so not to worry.

If it says pending on an expense payment (via Flowbrite), it means you have initiated the payment but it hasn’t yet arrived in your suppliers account; as soon as it does this will automatically update to paid.
