If your clients use the Travel Portal app, they'll always have access to their Itineraries, Lookbooks, and Guest Portals anytime — even without internet or with a weak connection.
Making An Itinerary Available Offline
If you don’t have an internet connection or have a weak connection, simply tap the Make available offline button to download an Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal to your phone. This will include all images and documents, allowing offline access at anytime.

Updating Offline Content
When an Itinerary is updated, clients will be notified with an Update offline version button—with a download icon—on their app dashboard, as well as through a pop-up while navigating the app. Tapping either option will update their offline proposal or Guest Portal to the latest version.
