Client information will be kept on file indefinitely unless you remove it from your Contacts module.

For Guest Forms completed before October 2024

A traveler's personal information – including passports, health and dietary information, travel insurance, and/or any added miscellaneous documents – will only be retained for 6 months after the return date of their trip, unless the guest has authorized it through their Guest Portal login in which case the data will remain on file for 15 years.

If guests did not check the box:

• Personal information (health and dietary information, travel insurance details, passports, and/or any miscellaneous documents) will be automatically cleared 6 months after the return date of their trip .
• Names, addresses, and contact information will remain on file for 15 years.
