Anything you saved with Save For Future Use in the original Calendar Builder moves over to the Superbuilder Calendar Builder, saved on the Content Page > Resource Hub as an Itinerary Preset.
When you add a new event in the Superbuilder Calendar Builder and select a Content Page with saved details, a banner shows asking if you want to apply the saved information. Click Apply, and the event fills in with your details.
How Do I Save New Information for a Content Page?
Save to Resource in the Superbuilder Calendar Builder saves an event's details to its Content Page's Resource Hub. You and your team can then apply them to future events.
- In a Superbuilder Calendar Itinerary, open an Accommodation, Activity, Area, or Information event. Fill it in the way you want to save it.
- Pick a page in the Content Page field. Save to Resource stays grayed out until you do.
- Find the blue Save button in the bottom right corner of the event. It's one button with two parts: the word Save on the left, and a small arrow on the right. Click the small arrow. A menu will open.
- In the menu, click Save to Resource. The Save information in resource window opens, with your Content Page already filled in.
- Under Save For, pick who can use this information:
- Myself Only is picked by default. Only you will be offered this information.
- Whole Team offers it to everyone on your team when they pick this Content Page.
- Under Select what to save, check one or both tabs:
- Details Tab is checked by default. It saves the event's title, icon, notes, and display settings.
- Internal Tab saves the event's status, supplier, who it was booked through, and internal notes.
- Click Save. You'll see a message that says Information saved for and then the page name.
- Click Save on the event to add it to your Calendar. Save to Resource only saves the information to the Content Page.
📌 Note: You only see Save For if you have the Manage Team-Wide Itinerary Settings permission. Without it, your information is saved for you only. If you leave a tab unchecked, Apply clears that tab's fields in any event you use it on later.
How Do I Use Saved Information on a Content Page When I Add an Event?
When you pick a Content Page that has saved information, the Superbuilder Calendar Builder offers to fill in the event for you.
- In a Superbuilder Calendar Itinerary, add or open an Accommodation, Activity, Area, or Information event.
- On the Details tab, in the General Information box, pick a page in the Content Page field.
- Look right below the General Information box. You'll see a blue banner that says Saved information found for this page, do you want to apply? The banner only shows if that page has saved information for this event type.
- Click Apply on the right side of the banner.
- In the Are you sure? box, click Yes, I'm Sure.
- The saved information fills in the event, like the icon, title, and notes.
📌 Note: Apply replaces everything in the event with the saved information, including settings. For example, if Display as collapsible section is checked in your event but not in the saved information, Apply unchecks it.
How Can I See Information I Saved on a Content Page?
Every Content Page has an Itinerary Preset tab, where you can see the details saved for that page.
- Click Content in the left menu to go to your Content Module.
- Find the Content Page you want to check.
- Click the Resources button next to its listing.
- Look at the row of tabs across the top, right under the page name. Click Itinerary Preset.
Here's what you'll see on the tab:
- The heading: It reads Saved Information for Activity events (or Accommodation, Area, or Information).
- 👉 Saved info is kept separately for each event type. Click the underlined event type to switch to another type.
- The table: It lists each saved detail and its value.
- Team info: If your team saved info for this page, the heading also shows who saved it and when.
- Editing: To change saved info, click Edit Information. If nothing is saved yet, you'll see No information is currently saved. Click Add Information to add some.
- Published pages only: You can only save info for a published Content Page.
