Saving your Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal as a Microsoft Word document is simple. Here’s how:

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Click the Edit button next to any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal.
2. Go to the Itinerary tab.
3. From the Save button, select Save as Word from the dropdown.
4. Select the document format in the dropdown, then click the Select button.
5. • Landscape will export the proposal with primary photos on the left and textual content only on the right (similar to how the Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal appears on desktop, but without the photos on the right side).
   • Landscape with More Photos will export the proposal with primary photos on the left and content on the right, including some photos on the right side too.
   • Portrait will export the proposal with primary photos at the top of the page, similar to how a proposal appears when exported as a PDF, but with more images.
6. The Word document will begin generating, indicated by the notification in the bottom-right corner.
7. Click Download when the pop-up window appears.

Tips and Tricks 💥

• A Word document export contains more images than a PDF with images export
• Don't get nervous if the cover page of your proposal looks strange in Microsoft Word. The cover page image will display correctly once the file is printed or saved to PDF.
• Hidden pages won't be exported. If pages aren't appearing in your document, double-check they're not hidden.
• To only show specific pages of an Itinerary in a Word document, hide the pages you don't want, then export (then un-hide them after the export).
