Can I change an already confirmed Itinerary to a different Itinerary?
Switch which Itinerary is confirmed seamlessly, without losing guest information.

Itineraries often evolve, which might result in multiple versions of the same trip within a single File. If you’ve already confirmed one version but need to confirm a different one—or confirmed the wrong version by mistake—follow these steps to update it:

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Click the three dots next to the File
  2. Select Move to Planning.
  3. In Planning select the correct version of the Itinerary to confirm
  4. Click the Confirm button.
  5. The correct version will now be moved back into your Confirmed pipeline.

📌 Note: To ensure the newly confirmed Itinerary appears in the Travel Portal app, please deactivate the originally confirmed Itinerary and then re-share the Guest Portal via email.
