If you already sent a Travel Dashboard link without passcode protection, and now you'd like to add it, you don't need to resend it. Turning on passcode protection locks the link itself, so anyone who already has it will be asked to verify their identity the next time they open it.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Open the Travel Dashboard where you want to add passcode protection by selecting Edit.
2. At the very top of the editor window, click Share.
3. Turn on Protect link with one-time passcode.
4. Add the people who should have access to the Access List. You can search for an existing contact, add an email address directly, or add every traveler on the File with one click.
   

Tips & Tricks 💥

• Turning passcode protection off later doesn't delete your Access List. Turn it back on and your approved contacts are restored automatically.
• Approved travelers go straight to entering a one-time passcode. Travelers who aren't yet approved will see a request-access prompt first, and you can approve their request directly from the notification.
• If you're not sure whether someone already opened the unprotected link, add them to the Access List anyway. They'll simply verify with a one-time passcode the next time they click it.
