How do I reassign a task to another member of my team?
Step-by-step guide to assigning a task to someone else on your team.

You can only edit a task if you created it or it’s assigned to you. If that’s the case, reassigning it is quick and easy.


Step-By-Step Instructions

Option One (Individual Reassignment)

  1. Locate the task you'd like to edit in your Task Manager.
  2. Click Edit to the right of the task.
  3. In the pop-up, navigate to the Assigned To field.
  4. From the dropdown, Select the name of the person you wish to assign the task to.
    1. Or type their name and select it from the dropdown.
  5. Click Update.

Option Two (Bulk Reassign)

  1. Navigate to your Task Manager.
  2. Check the box next to the Task header to select all tasks.
    1. Or select multiple tasks by checking the box next to the task name.
  3. In the pop-up, navigate to the Assigned To field.
  4. From the dropdown, Select the name of the person you wish to assign the task to.
    1. Or type their name and select it from the dropdown.
  5. Click Reassign.
