Ugh… I don’t want to create a whole Itinerary just for a hotel booking!
How to book a hotel without creating a detailed Itinerary.

Don’t worry! You can create a Classic Builder Itinerary in under one minute for a hotel-only booking by following these steps. This works even if the hotel isn’t in the Content Library.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Start a new Itinerary from the Classic Builder.
  2. On the Details tab, add your hotel booking as an Overnight event.
  3. Instead of tagging the property with @mention (e.g., Overnight @hilton), simply type the name directly.
    1. For example, Overnight Hilton.
  4. Click Save.

📌 Note: If the hotel isn’t in the Content Library, skip the @mention — it won’t affect your Itinerary setup. You’ll see a system message warning that the Itinerary will be blank, but this only matters if you plan to share it with clients. If it’s just for internal tracking, you can ignore the message.

If you do plan to share it, and the property isn’t in the Content Library, simply use the built-in AI to generate the page.
