When a trip is made bookable, clients can view the available options and add-ons, select what works best for them, and complete their booking securely online. Here's what your clients will see:

• When viewing an Itinerary or Lookbook they will see the Book Button in the lower right-hand corner.
• • This feature is not available for Guest Portals.

• When clients click the Book button, they are taken to a secure booking page where they can select their booking options.

• After choosing their booking options, clicking Continue will take them to the Guests screen where they can enter traveler information.
• • If they need to add additional traveler information, they can click + Add Guest.

• Once the client information form has been completed, the option to receive an instant travel insurance quote will appear. Clients can simply click “Get Instant Quote” — provided this has been enabled in the booking setup.

• If the client chooses not to get an insurance quote, they will see the following message and can choose to either:
• • Continue without insurance
  • Get an insurance quote

• They can then select any available add-ons.

• Clients will see a running total in the lower-left corner as they select booking options and add-ons.

• When your client clicks Review Booking, they’ll see a booking summary and a 60 minute countdown.
• • After 60 minutes the reservation will expire and they'll need to book again
  • They will also receive a confirmation email with the booking summary and a link to the invoice for payment.

• When the client clicks Continue to Payment or follows the link in the confirmation email, an invoice is automatically created. They can click Pay Now on the invoice to complete their payment.

• After clicking Pay Now, they can select their preferred payment method.
• • The available options depend on the settings enabled in the Make Bookable button settings.

• To complete the booking, clients can click Continue to proceed to the secure payment page.

Tips & Tricks 💥

• The booking confirmation email includes a detailed breakdown of charges and a link to the invoice for payment.

• If payment reminders were enabled during the setup of the booking flow, the client will automatically receive reminders for subsequent payments.
