Travel Dashboards are designed to be highly customizable, allowing you to create a client experience that feels uniquely yours.

You can even create multiple themes for different brands, destinations, or types of travel.

Accessing Design Settings

To customize the appearance of a Travel Dashboard:

1. Open your Travel Dashboard.
2. Click the Themes button.
3. Select an existing theme or create a new one.
4. Customize the theme settings as needed.
   

Any changes will be reflected on the Travel Dashboard.

Customizing Fonts

Within the Theme settings, you can choose:

• Your preferred font family
• Heading font sizes
• Body font sizes
  

If you have purchased a custom template, your own custom brand fonts will be displayed at the bottom of the fonts selector dropdown.

Customizing Button Styles

You can choose how buttons appear throughout your dashboard, including different button styles and colors.

Customizing Your Logo Style

You can also control how your logo is displayed.

Options include:

• Round logo display
• Standard logo display
  

This allows you to choose the presentation that best fits your brand identity.

Customizing The Background Color for your Header

Choose a background color for your header. This is particularly useful if your logo has a dark or colored background.

For example, if your logo sits on a black background, you can make the Travel Dashboard header black as well, creating a more seamless and polished branded experience.

Creating Multiple Themes

You may want to create different themes for different types of trips, destinations, or brands.

To create a new theme:

1. Open the Themes settings.
2. Create a new theme.
3. Customize the fonts, colors, and styles.
4. Save the theme for future use.
   
   

Editing and Renaming Themes

You can manage your themes at any time.

From the three dots menu on any theme card, you can:

• Rename a theme
• Edit a theme
• Delete the theme
  

Any existing and future Travel Dashboards will use the updated theme.

Change Background

You can change the background of your Travel Dashboard using the Change Background button in the top-right corner. We recommend an image or photo related to the destination. Photos used as backgrounds will look best if their dimensions at least 2500 x 1200 pixels.

• Choosing fonts that reflect your brand personality.
• Using colors that match your website and marketing materials.
• Creating separate themes for different types of client experiences.
• Keeping accessibility in mind by ensuring sufficient color contrast and readable font sizes.
  

A consistent design helps create a more polished and professional experience for your clients while reinforcing your brand at every stage of the journey.

• Travel Dashboard Themes can be updated at any time.
• • Once updated, any Travel Dashboards using that Theme will also be updated.
