What are Smart Fields on Custom Forms?
Automatically link form fields to contact profiles.

Use Smart Fields to link form fields to contact profile properties, such as passport details, personal information, or health and dietary questions.


For example, if a traveler completes a form that includes a Smart Date of Birth field, their contact profile will automatically update with the date of birth once the form is submitted.


Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Click the three dots to the right of the form name.
  2. Choose Edit from the dropdown.
  3. Navigate to the Form Builder tab.
  4. Hover over the field you’d like to make a Smart Field.
  5. Click the pencil icon.
  6. In the element editor, click the Smart Field dropdown.
  7. Choose the appropriate system property (e.g., date of birth, passport number, ).
    1. Once a field is mapped to a property, a blue lightning bolt will appear next to the field name, indicating that it’s a Smart Field.
    2. Some fields are automatically set as Smart Fields and cannot be edited. These include First Name, Last Name, Email, and Address.
  8. Click Update to save your changes
  9. Click Publish to make your changes live.



Smart Field Groups

Smart Field Groups include multiple properties that are automatically mapped and organized into categories, including:


  • Personal Information
    • Preferred name
    • Middle name
    • Alt. email
    • Phone
    • Alt. phone
    • DOB
    • Anniversary
    • Known traveler number
  • Health & Dietary
    • Weight
    • Medical issues
    • Dietary preferences
    • Drinks preferences
  • Passport Information
    • Passport number
    • Passport expiration date
    • Upload your passport
  • Marketing Opt-In (Coming Soon)
