How can I merge duplicate Contact profiles?
Keep your Contacts module organized by merging duplicates.
Keeping your Contacts organized is simple in Safari Portal. If you have duplicate profiles for a Traveler, you can merge them into a single record. This ensures your contact list stays clean, accurate, and easy to manage.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the Contacts module.
- Click More Options in the upper-right corner.
- From the dropdown, select Merge Contacts.
- In the pop-up window, choose the Contact to Keep.
- Then select the Contact to Remove.
📌 Note: All information in the updated profile will come from the Contact to Keep. If a field is empty, data from the Contact to Remove will be used. Trips, Notes, Documents, Tags, and Connections from both profiles will be preserved in the updated profile.
