Itinerary settings give you extra control over how your Itineraries are presented. You can use a European date format (DD/MM/YYYY), show times in a 24-hour format, display text over primary images in Calendar Builder, choose a default language, and more.

How to Access

You can access Itinerary settings from the Itinerary or Lookbook tab (the tab farthest to the right) of any itinerary or Lookbook.

1. Open any Itinerary or Lookbook.
2. Navigate to the Itinerary or Lookbook tab (depending on the proposal type).
3. Click the Settings button in the top-left
   
   
4. Make your changes and click:
5. • Save to apply settings to just this proposal.
   • Make Default & Save to apply to all future proposals.
     

What You Can Customize

For All Proposal Types

• Saving preferences:
• • Click Save to apply the settings to the current Lookbook or Itinerary.
  • Click Make Default & Save to apply these settings to all future Lookbooks or Itineraries.
• Language settings:
• • Change the system language used for system text like Prepared for, the translation widget, download notifications, and more.
  • This does not translate any content you’ve written yourself or pulled from the Content Library.
    

For Calendar & Classic Builder Itineraries

• Date formatting:
• • Choose to display dates in DD/MM/YYYY format
  • Dates must still be entered using the default MM/DD/YYYY format on the platform. This setting only changes how they appear to the client.

For Calendar Builder Itineraries Only

• Time formatting:
• • Display times in a 24-hour format (instead of a 12-hour, AM/PM format).
  • Times must still be entered using the default 12-hour format on the platform. This setting only changes how they appear to the client.
    
• Show text over primary images:
• • In Calendar Builder Itineraries, text doesn’t appear by default on top of primary images like it does in the Classic Builder. To add text to the left-hand image, turn on this setting if you want titles or labels to display over images in your proposal.
  • • This setting will also reflect in the associated Guest Portal.
  • You can edit image text on all pages except the Day pages. This is to keep the date presentation consistent.
    

• Show Information Events on Travel Brief:
• • By default, information events are hidden on the Travel Brief page. Toggle this setting to display them.
