Why Doesn't Everything Automatically Appear in the App?
The Travel Portal app is designed as a client-facing experience rather than a backend workspace for advisors.
Additionally, making content available in the app can consume storage space on a device, especially when itineraries, dashboards, and documents are downloaded for offline access.
For that reason, only content that has been shared with a specific email address will appear in the app.
How to Add an Itinerary to Your Travel Portal App
If you'd like an itinerary to appear in the app, simply share it with yourself using the same email address you use to log into Safari Portal and the Travel Portal app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the relevant Itinerary.
- Click Share.
- Open the Share via Email tab.
- Select your name from the traveler dropdown.
- If you don't already have a contact profile, click + Create.
- Make sure the contact uses the same email address you use to log into Safari Portal and the Travel Portal app.
- Click Share.
The itinerary will automatically appear in your Travel Portal app.

Can I Add Travel Dashboards Too?
Yes.
You can use the same process to share Travel Dashboards, Lookbooks, and other client-facing content with yourself. As long as the content is shared to the same email address you use to log into the app, it will automatically appear in your Travel Portal account.
