Help! My client needs to change their email in the Travel Portal app.
Learn what to do when a client wants to update their email address within the Travel Portal app.
To update an email address in the Travel Portal app, please contact Support at [email protected] and include both the current (old) email address and the new email address in your request. This change cannot be made directly within the app by the user.
📌 Note: If the request is for a Safari Portal user (not a client), updating the email address will also update the email associated with their Safari Portal account.
