How do I add internal notes to Itineraries and track statuses of services?
Use the Google Sheet export as a workaround to keep internal notes and stay on track.

Adding internal notes and status of service items on Itineraries is on our roadmap, and we’re actively working on the designs. This feature will be included in the next iteration of our builders.

 

In the meantime, if you are using Calendar Builder, you can follow these steps:

 

  • Use the new Save to Google Sheets solution to export a spreadsheet view of your Itinerary
  • Remove any pre-set pricing columns that are not relevant
  • Add any custom columns you need to the Google Sheet, for example for Supplier, Status, Internal Notes
  • Lastly, you could add the Google sheet link to the Notes section on the expanded File view from your Dashboard.
