Guest Forms in Safari Portal's Guest Portals provide an easy and efficient way to collect essential information from your clients. This may include passports, contact information, health and dietary preferences, special occasions, travel insurance, rooming preferences, and emergency contacts.
With Guest Forms, you can seamlessly share this information with DMCs, suppliers, and partner agents at the click of a button.
Additionally, whenever a client completes or updates a form, their traveler profile in the Contacts module is automatically updated. If you have set up the Google Sheets Integration, their information will also be automatically added or updated on your running sheet.
How to Unlock Guest Forms
To unlock the use of Guest Forms, the Account Admin must first add and publish your company’s Terms & Policies in Account Settings > Company Settings tab.
📌 Note: The rest of the Guest Portal (except Guest Forms) is accessible without adding your Terms & Policies.
