What is an "Alternative Accommodation"?


If you want to suggest different accommodation options, you can use the Alternative Accommodation checkbox.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Add an Accommodation event
  2. Check the box that says Alternate Accommodation

How Alternate Accommodation Options are Displayed on the Itinerary

Alternate accommodation options are displayed both on the Travel Brief and the Day Page.

Tips & Tricks 💥

  • Move the alternate accommodation option below the main option on your Timeline View. This way, it will display just below the first accommodation option.
  • You can also use the Display Settings to change where it says "Check in at" to say "Another Option:" or similar.
