You can sync Itinerary events to your calendar from any Overview or Travel Brief section (client-facing, the Itinerary tab, or within the Guest Portal).

When you click the Sync to Calendar button from a Calendar Builder Itinerary, you can choose to sync the following event types:

• • Flights
  • Activities
  • Information
  • Accommodations

• When you or your client subscribes to the calendar, you can set it to check for updates every 5 minutes—any changes will automatically update.
• Events will be added as all-day entries.
• To remove the calendar, simply unsubscribe from it in your preferred calendar app.
• Events will sync automatically to the calendar configured on your computer, and you won’t be able to choose a different calendar to sync to.
