What to do when information events don’t appear on the Travel Brief.
Information events will only appear on the Travel Brief if your settings are configured to display them. Follow the instructions below to update your settings.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the Itinerary tab.
- Click Settings in the upper-left corner.
- Toggle on Show Information events on Travel Brief.
- Choose one of the following options to save your changes:
- Save: Applies the setting to the current Itinerary only.
- Make Default & Save (Recommended): Applies the setting to all future Itineraries.
