The Bulk Actions feature in Calendar Builder allows you to quickly duplicate or delete a single event or multiple events at once. Here’s how:

Select Events

• To select a single event or multiple events:
• • Hold Shift and click on each event you want to duplicate or delete.

• To select all events on a specific day:
• • Hold Shift and click on the day number—this selects all events for that day.

• To select events across multiple days:
• • Hold Shift and click the day number of the first day in your range.
  • Then, hold Shift and click the day number of the last day in your range—this selects all events in between.

• To unselect a specific event:
• • Hold Shift and click on that event again to remove it from the selection.

• To unselect all the selected events:
• • Click anywhere outside the selected events.
    

Duplicate or Delete Events

• Once you’ve selected the events, click the Bulk Actions button.
• Choose Delete to remove them or Duplicate to make a copy.

Practical Use Cases

• Quickly remove multiple events from an itinerary.
• Easily copy meal inclusions to multiple days—duplicate a meal inclusion event and drag it to other days.
• Streamline flight entries—if multiple flights share similar details (e.g., duration, baggage restrictions, possible stops), duplicate the first flight event, move it to the correct date, and simply update the departure and arrival points.
