Classic Builder

Adding flights that have not been booked yet is easy in the Classic Builder. Simply free type in whatever you like in the Details tab:

Calendar Builder

To add a flight that has not been booked yet to a Calendar Builder Itinerary, simply use the

option:

You can then type in where the flight is departing from and arriving to, and you can leave the times blank for now.

You can even add a note about who is responsible to book the flight, or when the flight schedules open up, either in the Notes section or the Event Title section.
