• Messaging is untouched by this update. It's still the same toggle-controlled bell icon per file, with the option to allow direct messages to the chat owner; otherwise everything routes to the group chat.
• From the Q&A. The two most common reasons a client can't find shared content in their app: they haven't downloaded it yet, or they registered with a different email than the one you've been sharing to. Check their registered email in their app profile and reshare to that address, or have them open the link in a mobile browser and tap "open in app."
• Advisors wanting trips on the go should open account.safariportal.app from a mobile browser and save it to the home screen, rather than loading everything into the client-facing app — the backend is mobile-friendly, and the app isn't built to hold dozens of itineraries at once.
• Confirming a trip's default checkbox now automatically deactivates any other itinerary links for that file, so clients don't end up with conflicting versions. • For vouchers, tickets, and confirmations, Rachel's preference is a Documents card on the Travel Dashboard rather than inline in the itinerary, unless something is tied to a specific day (theater tickets on day 2, for example), where a PDF element on that day works better.
• A couple of open items from the Q&A: there's no birthday field on partner agent profiles yet (Rachel's looking into it), and a client complaint about offline mode not showing itineraries plus repeated sign-in prompts — Rachel said neither should be happening and asked the advisor to email her directly so the team can dig in.
