How do I add a Costs Page to a Superbuilder itinerary?
Use Add Page to add a Costs Page, then fill in pricing.

Every Superbuilder itinerary, whether Classic or Calendar, can have a Costs Page that shows your travelers the price of their trip. A new itinerary only has one if you started from an Itinerary template that already includes it. Magic Import doesn't add one, so you'll add it yourself in a few clicks.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Open your itinerary in Superbuilder.
  2. Click Add Page in the toolbar. You can also hover between pages in the Table of Contents and click the + that appears to add the page in that spot.
  3. Under PAGES, select Costs Page.
  4. In the Add Costs Page window, tick the box confirming you are responsible for the accuracy of cost inclusions and exclusions. You can't save without it.
  5. In the Price section, the price reads as a sentence: Total Per Person based on 1 guests in Shared accommodation. Click each option in the sentence to change it.
  6. Choose the currency and type the amount.
  7. Add any notes, such as inclusions and exclusions, under Additional Text.
  8. Click Save.

Tips & Tricks 💥

  • Price options: the price can be Per Person, Per Couple, Per Group, Per Family, or Per Trip, for 1 to 100 guests, in Shared, Single, Mixed, or Exclusive use accommodation.
  • To edit your Costs Page later, hover over the page in the builder and click the pencil icon (Edit Costs).
  • Only one Costs Page fits per itinerary. Once you've added one, Costs Page is greyed out in the Add Page menu.
  • Don't have a final price yet? Tick Costs to be Determined and the page will show TBD in place of a price.
  • Want to keep part of it off the page? The Price and Additional Text sections each have a Hide Section toggle.
  • Reuse your usual inclusions and exclusions. Click the arrow next to Save and choose Save as Template. Next time, pick it from Start from Template. Choosing a template replaces what you've already entered, and you'll still need to tick the responsibility box.
  • Sharing templates: if you can manage team templates, you'll see Save Template For. Choose Whole Team to share it, or Myself to keep it private.
  • Want every new itinerary to start with your Costs Page? Add it to an itinerary, then save that itinerary as a template. Itineraries made from it will include the Costs Page.
  • To move the Costs Page, drag it to a new spot in the Table of Contents. The Cover always stays first.
  • Superbuilder Lookbooks can have a Costs Page too. The steps are the same.
