How do I automatically apply my Task Set to new Files?
Assign your Task Set to each new file—no manual steps required.

Rather than manually applying your Task Set to every new client, trip, or File, let Safari Portal handle it automatically for you.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Task Manager
  2. Choose More in the upper-right corner
  3. Select Manage Task Set from the dropdown
  4. Toggle on the option to Automatically add this Task Set to all my new files

Now, whenever you create a new File, tasks will be generated automatically, with due dates assigned as soon as the triggering event occurs. For example, let's say you have a task that is due one day after the File is confirmed.

Until then, the tasks will live in the TBD section of your Task Manager in case you'd like to manually assign any due dates.
