Can I add tags to payments?
Easily categorize payments by adding tags.

You can now add tags to payments directly from the View by Date tab, making it easier to organize and manage your payment records.

 

 

Step-By-Step Instructions

Tag Individual Payments

  1. Navigate to the Financials module.
  2. Select the View by Date tab.
  3. Click the three dots next to a payment.
  4. Select Edit Tags to tag the payment.
  5. In the dropdown, select the relevant tag.
    1. If the tag doesn’t already exist, enter the new tag name and click +Create to add it.
  6. Click Save.

 

 

Bulk Tag Payments

  1. Select the payments you want to tag by clicking the checkbox next to each File name.
  2. On the bulk actions menu at the bottom of the screen, click Add Tags.
  3. In the dropdown, select the relevant tag.
    1. If the tag doesn’t already exist, enter the new tag name and click +Create to add it.
  4. Click Save.

 

 

Remove Payment Tags

  1. Click the three dots next to a payment.
  2. Select Edit Tags from the dropdown
  3. Click the X next to the relevant tag.
  4. Click Save.
