• Safari Portal will allow users to create and customize stages across dashboard tabs. Stages can be color-coded, renamed, and reordered by the account admin to reflect your workflow.
• A new sales funnel feature is in development. Users will be able to create leads directly from the Dashboard, assign priorities, sources, trip types, tags, travelers, and sales consultants, and track everything in a centralized view.
• Custom forms are coming soon and will be fully editable. These forms can be embedded on your website and include lead forms, guest forms, waivers, and more. Submissions will be attached directly to the relevant Dashboard file and profile in your Contacts module.
• A new credit card authorization flow will let users securely request and store card info through a Payments Info tab within a contact profile.
• A configurable "Book Now" button will soon be available in the Calendar Builder. Users can link it to forms, phone numbers, or invoices. Later iterations will include inventory limits, expiry settings, and optional add-ons to streamline bookings and payments.
• The Financials module will get a third tab called "Statistics," showing projected profit, booking revenue, and consultant performance with flexible date filtering.
• Partner agent contact profiles will soon display detailed stats, including conversion rates, average guest counts, trip values, and time to convert. Co-branded white label options will also support dual-logo display.
• The new Magic Import tool will let users upload PDF itineraries or quotes from other platforms and auto-generate events in Safari Portal’s calendar builder.
