About the Text Element
Add descriptive text and use Safari Portal's generative AI assistant

Use the Text Element to add descriptive text to your content and leverage Safari Portal's built-in generative AI assistant.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Hover between sections within any page
  2. You will see a blue line with a blue plus button; click the blue plus to launch the Element Library
  3. Select the Text Element.

 

 

Using the Text Element

When you click into a text box, you will see two things:

  • The text toolbar with many options for formatting (and emojis 🎉)
  • Safari Portal's generative AI assistant
    • Click Ask AI to enter a prompt to generate any relevant text.
    • The prompt must be travel related in order for Safari Portal's AI-assistant to work.
    • The AI-assistant can't crawl a specific URL (i.e., a prompt for summarize this URL won't work)

 

About the Text Toolbar

When you click into a text box, the text toolbar will automatically appear.

 

From here you can format your text including:

  • Using Emojis 🎉
  • Undo (command + Z)
  • Redo
  • Left align
  • Justify text
  • Right align
  • Bold (command + B)
  • Underline (command + U)
  • Italicize (command + I)
  • Add bullet points
  • Add numbers
  • Color code the text
  • Hyperlink text (command + K)
  • Delete the whole text box (note this cannot be undone)
