If you no longer need an email template, follow the steps below to delete it. Please note, once deleted, email templates are gone forever.

Step-By-Step Instructions

In Your Templates Module.

1. Go to the Templates module.
2. Select the Emails tab.
3. Click Edit to make changes to the template.
4. 1. To delete click the three dots and choose Delete from the dropdown.

From a Share Modal

1. Select Share via Email.
2. Click the Select Template dropdown.
3. Choose the relevant email template.
4. Make the required changes.
5. Click Update Template.
6. 1. To delete, hover over the template you want to delete.
   2. A trash can icon 🗑️ will appear.
   3. Click the trash can icon.
7. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, I'm Sure to permanently delete the template.
   
   📌 Note: Files using the template before it was deleted will not be impacted.
