Why are my clients being asked to log in when trying to view a proposal?
Sharing internal links prompts viewers to log in to Safari Portal.

If your clients are being prompted to log in when they open a lookbook or itinerary link, it’s likely because the wrong type of link was shared.

What Happened?

Instead of sharing the public link, you may have copied and pasted the internal link from the Safari Portal builder. These internal links, which include account.safariportal.app, are not meant to be shared. This is why your clients are being prompted to log in.

How to Fix It

To ensure your clients can view a proposal, always use the Share button and copy the public link. This public link allows clients to view a proposal without needing a Safari Portal account. Read more about sharing lookbooks and itineraries.
