- Configure your Task Set first.
- Make sure to create your email templates while setting up your Task Set.
- Assign any relevant tasks to relevant team members.
- Use filters to search and sort.
- Email templates and Task Sets are not shared across team members.
- Optionally, add tasks to your calendar.
- Explore the help widget and help center.
- If working on a team where it’s not one-to-one sales person to ops person, add a task to your Task Set to ping the relevant ops person to assign their Task Set to the file.
- You can’t complete tasks that are not assigned to you or that you did not create.
- Add Task Set to all new files automatically and add individually to already existing files.
