Move Multiple Events

  1. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.
  2. Click on each event you want to move.
    1. Each selected event will be highlighted.
  3. Once all relevant events are selected, drag them to the desired position on the calendar.

Move an Entire Day’s Events

  1. Locate the Day # associated with the events you want to move.
  2. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.
    • While holding Shift, click on the Day # to automatically select all events for that day.
  3. Drag the selected events to the desired position within the calendar.

Bulk Move All Events Within a Specific Timeframe

  1. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard.
    • Click the Day # of the first day, then Shift + Click the Day # of the last day in the timeframe. This will select all events within that range.
  2. Drag the selected events to the desired position on the calendar.
