Just upload the PDF, and Magic Import intelligently extracts the text and organizes it for you by day and event type, giving you a ready-to-refine starting point in the Calendar Builder.

A few things worth knowing:
- Magic Import is found in Calendar Builder only, as a button in the top-right.
- At this time, Magic Import only supports PDF files. Convert or print your document as a PDF before uploading.
- Magic Import works best with a fully detailed, day-by-day Itinerary that includes dates. It creates a starting point — you'll still want to review the imported events, remove anything you don't need, and connect Content Pages before sending it out.
- Depending on the PDF size, Magic Import might take a few minutes to process. Once it's done, we'll send a notification to your account email address.
- Magic Import is separate from our Property Page AI. Magic Import creates events inside a Calendar Builder Itinerary; the Property Page AI generates a Content Page about a property after you provide basic information.
