How do I customize the form submission message?
Guide guests on any next steps after submitting a form.

You can customize the message guests see after they submit a form. This can be as simple as a โ€œthank youโ€ message, or it can guide them to complete additional forms for other travelers in their party.


For example, you might:

  • Have one detailed form for the primary traveler and a simpler form for others
  • Use separate forms for adults and children
  • Ask guests to submit a form for each traveler in their group


All of this can be managed through the Submission Page message.


How It Works

After a guest submits a form, theyโ€™ll see your custom message along with any buttons you configure. The instructions below guide travelers through completing additional forms for others in their party.


Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the relevant form.
  2. Click the three dots.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Go to the Form Builder tab.
  5. Select the Submissions Page tab at the top.
  6. To edit content:
    1. Hover over a field
    2. Click the pencil icon to edit
    3. Click the trash icon to delete
  7. Add your custom message, for example:
    1. Thank you for taking the time to complete this form. If you need to submit a form for another traveler in your party, click โ€œSubmit Anotherโ€ below to get started.

Tips & Tricks ๐Ÿ’ฅ

  • After submitting a form, guests can automatically be given the option to Submit Another โ€” perfect for families or group bookings.
  • If one person is completing forms for multiple travelers, they can easily submit multiple responses in one flow.


  • You can add multiple buttons, such as:
    • Submit another form for an adult
    • Submit a form for a child


  • When editing the Submit button, you can:
    • Link to another form
    • Redirect guests to a specific URL
