When you send a Guest Portal to a client, their experience begins the moment they open the link. This section outlines exactly what your clients will see — from the welcome screen to the personalized details — so you can be confident in what they receive and how your brand is represented.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- The recipient will receive an email with a custom message from you and the default subject: Guest Portal Access Link for Upcoming Travel 🌎
- You can edit the subject line and also the custom message before sharing.

2. After clicking the Open Guest Portal button, they’ll be prompted to check their email for a one-time passcode to access the portal.

3. Next, they’ll be prompted to enter the code they received by email.

4. Once logged in, they will see their Dashboard, where they can easily toggle between their detailed Itinerary and the Information section of their Guest Portal.
