Changing Event Icons in the Calendar Builder is a simple way to personalize and visually organize your Itinerary. Whether you're adding meals, flights, activities, or accommodations, using the right Icon helps make your schedule more intuitive and easy to follow.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the Details tab.
2. Add or Edit an Event from either the Timeline or Calendar view.
3. Click on Search More Icons and search for the Icon that you would like to use.
4. Choose the Icon, then click Select.
   

Tips & Tricks

• Once you have selected a new Icon, you can save it as the default Icon for this Event type.
  

Alternatively, if you added a page from the Content Library, you can use the Save for Future Use button to set this Icon as the default for that Content Page. This way, the next time you add this page to an Event, it will automatically use the same Event Icon.

📌 Icon Weights and Design Consistency

• Event Icons are available in different weights, such as thin, light, regular, or solid.
• To create a cohesive and polished design in your proposals, we recommend using Icons with the same weight throughout.
• The default Icon weight in Safari Portal is set to light, but you can customize default Icons for each Event type to ensure consistency.
• This small detail can make a big difference in achieving a professional and visually appealing end product.
