Help! The system won't let me confirm my Itinerary.
Troubleshooting why your Itinerary won’t confirm.

Itineraries can only be confirmed if they have specific dates (e.g., not Organized by Day in Classic builder, and doesn't have dates hidden in Calendar builder). Additionally, it is not possible to confirm Lookbooks.

 

 

Troubleshooting in Calendar Builder

  • Make sure your Itinerary is displaying dates by clicking the  Show Dates button. Don’t forget to click Save  afterward.

 

 

Troubleshooting in Classic Builder

  • If you are attempting to confirm a Classic Builder Itinerary and the Itinerary includes specific dates (not organized as "by day"), the reason it cannot be confirmed is likely due to a blank row either at the beginning or end of the Itinerary. Safari Portal interprets blank rows as missing or invalid dates.

 

  • For example, in the Itinerary below, you can see that the last line has no dates entered, and only the light gray placeholder text is visible. This indicates a blank date that needs to be addressed before the Itinerary can be confirmed.

 

 

Step-By-Step Guide to Fixing the Issue

1. Navigate to the Details tab of the Itinerary.

2. Make sure to add the correct dates in either the first or last line, and remove any blank rows at the beginning or end of the Itinerary by clicking the three dots.

3. Select Delete.

4. Click Save.
