Activity Pages enable you to create reusable content for tours, experiences, and activities, which can be easily incorporated into the Lookbooks, Itineraries, and Guest Portals you share with your clients.
As with all Content Library items, Activity Pages can be used in two ways: as standalone pages within any proposal, or as content blocks integrated into sections of other pages.
This flexibility allows you to create modular components that can be easily swapped or customized within any proposal.
Examples:
- A visit to a spa, which might include:
- A brief description of the spa, photos, a link to their website, address, and the spa menu embedded as a PDF on the page.
- You could name the page "Spa visit" and use tags for the name of the spa and/ or the city.
- A profile page for a restaurant, which might include:
- A brief description of the restaurant, link to the website, a few photos, address (either with link to an interactive map or the map embedded within the page), and the menu embedded as a PDF, or a link to the menu.
- You could name the page the name of the restaurant and use tags for the city and/ or date the page was created.
- A visit to the Daphne Sheldrick's Elephant Orphanage
- Shopping at local markets

Using Content Blocks
Once those pages are built, you could pull any of them in as standalone pages within a Lookbook or Itinerary, or use the Content Block element to layer different content pages together.
For example, you could create an Activity Page in your Content Library titled "Sample Day in Nairobi."
- On that page, use the Block Element to pull in all the individual activities you’ve already created, as described above.
- This way, your "Sample Day in Nairobi" page could include a visit to the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, shopping at local markets, a relaxing spa visit, and a dinner reservation at a local restaurant.
Similarly, you could also pull in those Activity Pages as sections within any other page of an Itinerary or Lookbook, also using the Content Block Element.
Or, you could @mention any Activity Pages on any Classic Builder Details tab to pull the whole page into the itinerary, or add the page to any Event in Calendar Builder.
Things To Know About Activity Pages
When you pull in Activity Pages from the Details tab while creating an Itinerary (using the @mention feature in the Classic Builder), the pages will automatically display the date they were added. For example, if you @mention Shopping at the Local Markets on the December 21 row, the page will appear in the itinerary showing December 21 as the date.
Note that this behavior is different from Miscellaneous Pages, which do not pull in dates when @mentioned from the Details tab.
When you use the Block Element to pull in Activity Pages onto another page, they will display with the page name. Again, this differs from Miscellaneous Pages, which do not pull in the page name.
Pro Tip: if you want to "convert" an Activity page to a Miscellaneous page, simply create a new Miscellaneous page and then use the Content Block Element to pull the Activity Page content in.
