If you work with more than one brand in your Safari Portal account, you can show a different company logo when you share a Content Page. Which logo your client sees depends on how you share the page: directly from the Content Library, through a Travel Dashboard, or through a Lookbook.
👉 Note: White-labeling must be enabled on your account to use an alternate logo. If you would like more information on this, please email [email protected].
Managing the Alternate Logo
The other company's logo is saved in its Partner Agent profile. To check or update it, go to Contacts, then Partner Agents, and open the right profile.
Sharing Directly from the Content Library
When you share one of your own Content Pages directly from the Content Library, it shows your account's default company logo. You cannot pick a different logo for this kind of share. To show another company's logo, share the page through a white labeled Travel Dashboard or Lookbook instead.
Sharing Through a Travel Dashboard
A Travel Dashboard uses your account's company logo by default. To show another company's logo, turn on White Labeling for the dashboard and pick the Partner Agent profile that has that logo. When a client opens a Content Page from inside that dashboard, the page shows the dashboard's logo.
Add the Content Page
- Open the Travel Dashboard in edit mode and white label it with the right Partner Agent.
- In the section where you want the page to appear, click + Add.
- Select Content Page.
- Search for and select the page.
- Click Add Card.
- Share the Travel Dashboard link with your client.
Sharing Through a Lookbook
You can also add Content Pages to a Lookbook.
- Create or edit a Lookbook and add the Content Pages you want to include.
- Open the General Info tab.
- Turn on White Labeling.
- Select the Partner Agent profile that has the logo you want to show.
- Leave Show my logo next to the partner agent's logo unchecked if you want only the other logo to show.
- Preview the Lookbook to check the branding, then share the Lookbook link.
Note: Clients need to open the Content Page from inside the dashboard or lookbook to see the alternate logo. If you send the standalone Content Library link instead, it will still show your account's default logo.
