Folders in the Templates module allow you to organize your templates into logical groups, such as destinations, trip types, brands, teams, or workflows.
For example, you might create folders for:
- Africa
- Europe
- Honeymoons
- Family Travel
- FIT
- Groups
- Internal Templates
Who can create and manage folders?
Folder management is a permissions-based feature.
To create, edit, or delete folders, your account must have the Can create, edit and delete folders permission enabled.
If you don't see the option to manage folders, please contact your account administrator to update your permissions.
Are folders private?
No. Any folder created within the Templates module is available to all users on your account.
Folders are designed to help teams organize and navigate shared templates more efficiently. Creating, renaming, or deleting a folder will affect how templates are organized for everyone in your account.
Do folders affect template permissions?
No. Folders are purely an organizational tool.
Whether a user can access, edit, or use a particular template is still determined by the sharing and permission settings configured on that template.
Tips
- Use folders to organize templates by destination, travel style, team, or workflow.
