How do I change the person in charge of my company’s account?
Learn how to update the Account Admin for your company.
⚠️ Account Admins Only. This action requires admin access.

 

It's easy to change the person in charge of your company's account, also known as the Account Admin. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of Safari Portal.
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Go to the Users tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Transfer Account Administrator section.
  5. Click the Change Administrator button.
  6. From the dropdown, select a user to become the new Account Admin.
  7. Type TRANSFER in the text field, then click Confirm. Admin privileges will immediately be transferred from you to the selected user.
