What are Internal Itinerary Notes?
Learn how to add searchable notes related to a specific Itinerary or Lookbook.
Internal Itinerary Notes are a good way to organize information about individual Itineraries or Lookbooks. They're especially useful if you plan to create and share multiple versions of the same proposal to the same clients.
Examples of Internal Itinerary Notes might include:
- The date last modified
- The version of the proposal
- What accommodations or activities are included in the proposal
Add or Edit Internal Itinerary Notes
You can add or edit Internal Itinerary Notes from the General Info tab of a Lookbook or Itinerary. After entering a note, click Save in the upper right corner.

Where to View Internal Itinerary Notes
View these notes on your Dashboard when expanding a File.

Tips & Tricks 💥
- Internal Itinerary Notes can be searched by using the search bar on your Dashboard.
- Notes about the entire File are best placed in Internal File Notes.
- Examples of Internal File Notes might include:
- The trip budget
- The travel window
- Who referred the inquiry
- The number of children traveling
- When you duplicate an existing proposal, the word COPY is automatically added to the Internal Itinerary Notes. You can edit this as needed.
