Why is it saying my Itinerary can't be saved?
What to do when you see “Itinerary can’t be saved” and how to resolve it.
It is possible that your Itinerary cannot be saved because an individual content page was modified in the Content Library and also within your Itinerary at the same time. This is a very unusual occurrence.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Open Safari Portal in another Browser:
- Go to account.safariportal.app in a different browser than the one you’re currently using.
- For example, if you’re working in Chrome, open Safari Portal in Firefox or Safari.
- Access the Itinerary:
- From your Dashboard, locate the Itinerary you’re working on and click Edit to open it.
- Transfer Your Changes:
- Copy and paste any new edits you made in the original browser into the version now open in the new browser.
- Copy and paste any new edits you made in the original browser into the version now open in the new browser.
This ensures your updates are preserved while resolving the saving conflict.
